I now work at Apple, developing exciting products! I am a computer vision researcher interested in 3D computer vision, multi-view geometry, 3D reconstruction and related areas. Before, I was working as a post-doctoral researcher at ETH Zurich with Prof. Marc Pollefeys from 2012 to 2015. I got my PhD in 2011 from Université de Grenoble and from Inria Grenoble Rhône-Alpes, when I was working in the Perception group on multi-view shape reconstruction under the supervision of Emmanuel Prados and Peter Sturm. I received my Research Masters degree in Signal and Image Processing in September 2007 from the Institut National des Sciences Appliquées de Lyon and also graduated in July 2007 from the University of Lyon at the engineering school CPE Lyon in Computer Sciences and Electrical Engineering. Before I have been a research assistant in medical imaging at UNC - Chapel Hill (2005-2006). I have been a visiting student at the Computer Vision lab at Columbia University (2009). In September 2011 - March 2012, I was a post-doctoral researcher at Kagoshima University.
Students projects & Master thesis:
If you are interested in computer vision and my research area in particular, and are looking for a project (Master thesis), do not hesitate to contact me.
For ETH students interested in a bachelor/master thesis, please don't hesitate to contact me, and have a look at the thesis offers.
I am globally interested in 3D modelling from multi-view images, variational methods, deformable surfaces, photometry, multi-view geometry, structure-from-motion, SLAM, robotics, optimization methods, 3D reconstruction techniques, physics-based vision and computational photography.
